Since early 2025, millions of people across the country have been coming together to reject the idea that power belongs to kings, billionaires, or politicians who believe they’re above the people and the law. Now, we are taking the next step: turning people power into voter action.
Our sidewalk-lined, non-violent mobilization in front of Grassy Park in old town Bisbee on October 17th will be augmented independently by the presence of a voter information booth, located directly across the street and inside the Bisbee Convention Center
Make plans to vote early, electronically check the status of your mailed-in ballot, and know where to go if you’re voting in person on November 3rd. This is an extremely important statewide race this year and, in particular, you’ll want to know more about the candidates running in CD6, CD7, LD19 and LD21, which covers much of southeastern Arizona.
We stand in solidarity with our friends and pro-democracy colleagues in the nearby cities of Douglas and Sierra Vista, who will also be on the streets on the 17th. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should stay home
*No Kings: Vote Early events are nonpartisan and are designed to increase participation from all eligible voters.*
*A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.*
