No Kings: Vote Early Community Gathering

This isn’t a protest. It’s a community gathering to help neighbors get ready to vote early.
Our communities are strongest when every eligible voter has a plan, knows their options, and follows through. The people who organize, show up, and vote are the ones who decide what happens next.
5:00 PM: Walnut Springs Park
Join us with “Vote Early” and “Make a Plan” signs for about an hour as we spread the word to folks driving by. We’ll have voter information on hand, including polling locations, voter ID requirements, and more.
Afterward: Central Park
Then we’ll head over to Central Park for food, music, and community time in support of our Fire Department’s Fall Festival fundraiser, which runs until 9:00 PM.
National action starts with local power. Bring a friend, bring your questions, and let’s make a plan together.

For more than a year, millions of people have come together to reject the idea that power belongs to kings, billionaires, or politicians who believe they are above the people and the law.
Now, we are taking the next step, turning people power into voter power. Unlike previous No Kings actions, No Kings: Vote Early, is not purely a protest. Instead, on October 17th, it’s a day of nonpartisan voter participation: we are bringing **our community** together to make a plan to vote early and ensuring every eligible voter understands their options for how to vote and has the opportunity to make their voice heard.
Because no one person gets to decide our leaders before voters do. On October 17th, join us in local events across the country as we get out the early vote and say it loud: no thrones, no crowns, no kings.
