Your voice is your vote. On October 17, from noon to 1:30 pm, the Lincoln Bridge Brigade in Arlington VA welcomes you to join us and encourage early voting. We are joining others across the country for lNo Kings day of non partisan action to encourage early voting.
We will be posting a message on voting for drivers passing below us on Rt 66 and handing out flyers with voting information to pedestrians walking by. We will celebrate our commitment to democracy, enjoy each others company, and some of us often dance to music. We bring the bridge message, flags for you to wave, music and snacks. You are welcome to bring your own flags and noisemakers, messages to post, and wear a costume if you like. Although we love dogs, please leave them at home as others can be fearful. If you bring your own message, remember to keep it respectful and avoid vulgar or offensive language.

A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.”
