This is our last push to get people to the polls.
Indivisible Worcester MD and the Democratic Women’s Club of Worcester County MD are hosting NO KINGS*VOTE EARLY*VOTE BLUE events every Saturday in October from 11-1. We will meet at a different location in Worcester County MD each Saturday to wave signs and provide voting information to residents, visitors, and local businesses. We will have informative signs and handouts about voting. If you want, bring your own sign with the NO KINGS*VOTE EARLY*VOTE BLUE message.
These actions will also be posted on the Indivisible Worcester MD Facebook group and sent to Indivisible Worcester MD members via email.
Sat., Oct. 3 11am–1pm Snow Hill (Democratic Office, 220 N Washington St.)
On Saturday, October 3, participants should meet at the Worcester County Democratic Office, 220 N. Washington St., Snow Hill, MD. There will be an open house at the office with refreshments. Some volunteers will wave signs along the street while others will offer cards with voting information to pedestrians and local businesses.
Sat., Oct. 10. 11am–1pm Pocomoke City (meet near the parking lot at Market and Vine St., across from the Delmarva Discovery Museum. The Downtown Pocomoke Fall Festival will be held along Market St. between 11 and 3 so this is a good day to be in Pocomoke.)
Sat., Oct. 17 11am–1pm Berlin (meet at Stephen Decatur Park. This is the “official” No Kings Day of Action. Also the Berlin Oktoberfest so we need plenty of people to make sure the word about voting early gets out.)
Sat., Oct. 24 11am–1pm West OC (meet at West OC Park and Ride)
Sat., Oct. 31 11am–1pm Ocean Pines (meet at Veterans Memorial Park. Wear costumes if you wish!)
