Come Join our No Kings Protest Music Parade! We will be standing up for our democracy and showing Long Island there are No Kings, No Crowns and No Dictators in America, JUST EARLY VOTERS! Bring your signs, wear costumes, walking shoes, don’t forget your water bottles, bubble wands, megaphones, homemade walkable sidewalk floats, noise makers and anything else you think will help us get the word out. The parade begins at Middle Country Rd Smithhaven Mall Entrance and will parade on the sidewalk, continuing up New Moriches Rd until we reach Rt 347 where will continue our show of resistance with dancing, singing, chanting and end with a fun costume contest. Don’t want to march? No Problem! Protest at the parade destination, join in half way, but show up and be heard and seen! October 17th 12-3pm.
We will be collecting items for The Handmaids of LI to deliver to Delaney Hall and costumes for children in our community in need. Be creative, help us stand out! Let’s do this Long Island while having some fun!
