It’s time to turn people power into voter power! 💪🗳️
Join Indivisible Barrington for No Kings: Vote Early! and help encourage our neighbors to make their voices heard by voting early.
We’ll kick things off with resources to help you make your voting plan, check your voter registration, and grab information to share with friends and family. Then we’ll head out to the corner of Main St. (Lake-Cook Rd.) and Northwest Highway (Hwy 14) with our No Kings: Vote Early! signs to encourage Barrington voters to get out and vote! 📣🗳️

✔️ Pick up voting resources
✔️ Make your plan to vote early
✔️ Drop off donations for our Kits for Care project
✔️ Meet up with fellow Indivisible supporters

📣 March into position on the southwest corner of Main St. and Northwest Highway and help us fill the corner with No Kings: Vote Early! Signs.
🪑 Parking & Accessibility: Parking is available in the Metra lot. Bring a chair if you need one.
🦺 Safety First
We want this to be a safe, positive, and effective action for everyone.
🚶 Keep sidewalks and business entrances clear. Don’t block access to local businesses along Northwest Highway or Main Street.
🛑 Stay on the sidewalk. Never step onto or lean into the roadway.
🚦 Use crosswalks. Don’t run back and forth across the street.
👂 Follow the directions of our safety marshals.
🙅 Don’t engage with agitators. Stay focused on our message and our mission.

For more than a year, millions of people have come together to reject the idea that power belongs to kings, billionaires, or politicians who believe they are above the people and the law.
Now, we are taking the next step, turning people power into voter power. Unlike previous No Kings actions, No Kings: Vote Early, is not purely a protest. Instead, on October 17th, it’s a day of nonpartisan voter participation: we are bringing **our community** together to make a plan to vote early and ensuring every eligible voter understands their options for how to vote and has the opportunity to make their voice heard.
Because no one person gets to decide our leaders before voters do. On October 17th, join us in local events across the country as we get out the early vote and say it loud: no thrones, no crowns, no kings.
