On Saturday, October 17 Swing Left West Valley is showing up & showing out for DEMOCRACY at the northwest corner of Lake Balboa Park, ready to bring millions of new allies along with us NATIONWIDE to declare, in ONE VOICE: NO ICE. NO TROOPS at the polls. NO IMPERIAL WARS of conquest. NO ELECTION INTERFERENCE. NO KINGS!!!
••• NOTE: Mobilize event #/1030159 is also our event – Please come no matter which you sign up for•••
NO KINGS 4 focuses on early voting and say it loud: no thrones, no crowns, no kings. We’ll have voter registration info & other surprises to help us PRESERVE DEMOCRACY.
“NO KINGS” is more than just a slogan—it’s the foundation our nation was built upon. Born in the streets, carried by millions in chants and on posters, it echoes from city blocks to rural town squares, uniting people across this country to fight dictatorship together. BRING YOUR SIGNS, YOUR MESSAGE TEES & YOUR ENERGY – we are READY!
SAFETY NOTES: A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
*** This is a non-permitted ALL AGES event & participants must stay on the public sidewalk or in crosswalks as long as the sign continues to say WALK. Thank you for your cooperation.
