We will be registering voters for the November 3rd election. Bring anyone who needs to register to vote as well as your families, friends and neighbors.
We need folks to register people to vote.
Invite friends with drums, bongos, congas, bells, whistles or any other instruments and noise makers. Bring your banners, posters and placards.
In addition, we will be collecting non perishable foods for those families to afraid to venture out thru Vanny’s NELA Food Distribution. Please consider bringing canned goods, rice, beans, kids and adult cereals, low sugar Maria’s cookies, Graham or saltine crackers, pastas: stars, shells, elbows, alphabet, noodles and any other pastas or Mac & Cheese, Top Ramen or Cup of Noodles, and any other foods you would like to donate. Please consider also donating tooth paste, baby food and diapers, shampoos and conditioners and soap of any kind. If you donated at our last protest and can afford it, please consider doubling your food donation. These foods will be delivered to families in need sheltering in place by Vanny and her team. Because no one person gets to decide our leaders before voters do. On October 17th, join us in local events across the country as we get out the early vote and say it loud: no thrones, no crowns, no kings.
