### No Kings Vote Early! National mobilization on October 17
– 11:00am – Meet at the corner of Main and 8th Streets in Stroudsburg for our Vote Early visibility action! We will walk along sidewalks towards 5th Street. This is not a protest, but a visibility action – to remind and nudge people to vote, and vote early if possible. Bring your posters featuring prominent “Vote” messages, in the peaceful, non-partisan character of No Kings. Think of it as Girl Scout cookies, with long-term impact.
– 12:00 noon – We will fan out to 8 locations across the county. Have you picked your location yet? The time frame at most places is planned from 12 noon to 2pm, with some variation. **Our objective is for everyone to participate in high-visibility actions to highlight the importance of VOTING EARLY in this election, with posters, leaflets, etc. in the peaceful, non-partisan spirit of NO KINGS.**
VOTE EARLY! This can mean any of the following:
– Apply for a mail ballot and drop it off at a dropbox before Nov. 3 – see https://www.indivisiblepoconos.org/vote
– Visit the elections office before Nov. 3 and vote “[On Demand](https://www.pa.gov/agencies/vote/voter-support/mail-in-and-absentee-ballot/mail-ballot-before-election-day)”: Request, receive, vote and submit your mail-in ballot during your visit. See info at https://www.monroecountypa.gov/departments/elections
– If voting in person on Nov. 3, VOTING EARLY means arriving at your polling location at 7:00am or 7:30am if possible (polls stay open until 8:00pm).

For more than a year, millions of people have come together to reject the idea that power belongs to kings, billionaires, or politicians who believe they are above the people and the law.
**We decide who represents us. We decide what comes next.**
Now, we are taking the next step, turning people power into voter power. Unlike previous No Kings actions, No Kings: Vote Early, is not really a protest. Instead, on October 17th, it’s a day of nonpartisan voter participation: we are bringing **our community** together to make a plan to vote early and ensuring every eligible voter understands their options for how to vote and has the opportunity to make their voice heard.

Because no one person gets to decide our leaders before voters do. On October 17th, join us in local events across the country as we get out the early vote and say it loud: no thrones, no crowns, no kings.
