Celebrate No Kings Day by working to FLIP THE HOUSE! Join lots of fired-up volunteers on a bus to the Central Valley. We’ll be knocking on doors for Adam Gray in Congressional District 13 (CA-13). Adam won by just 187 votes in 2024, and we’re working hard to protect his seat. This race could be won or lost by a few hundred votes, so every knock counts!
Timing:
8am: Depart Mountain View
Roughly 10:30am-4pm: Knock on doors, with a break for lunch
6:30pm (at latest): return to Mountain View
More details:
There is lots of all-day parking available at the Mountain View departure location
We’ll provide lunch (and early morning coffee too)
We’ll provide a full training that morning (and there’s training available in advance too)
Local volunteers in the district will drive us to our canvassing locations
Closer to the departure date, your bus captains and Bay Area Coalition concierges will provide more details.
Sign up now and help us fill the bus! And invite friends to register as well!
This bus is organized by a group of organizations, including Swing Left Peninsula, the Democratic Volunteer Center, the Santa Clara Democratic Party, and the Bay Area Coalition.
Please send any questions to info@sccdp.org
In the week before the canvass, you will receive an email and a phone call from the SCCDP/BAC volunteer canvass team with all the details about your canvass. They will also give you details about the meeting location and names of people running the event.
If you’ve never canvassed before or just need a refresher, join the Bay Area Coalition canvassing workshop every Tuesdays – https://www.mobilize.us/cadems/event/596490/
