The Farmville Visibility Brigade will continue our peaceful Visibility Brigade action each Saturday in October from 11 am to noon on the front lawn of the Prince Edward County Courthouse. Bring yourself, bring a friend, bring a sign! Use your voice to show you care. Let’s stand together for our country and our constitution with liberty and justice for all. United we stand for all of us!
Note that our Saturday, October 17 event will coincide with the national NO KINGS Get Out the Vote Event (see https://www.mobilize.us/mobilize/event/1051692/). Also, there is early voting (go to the rear entrance of the courthouse) on Saturday 10/24 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and on Saturday 10/31 from 9 am to 5 pm. Go vote and then celebrate that vote with us! This is a local Indivisible event!
*A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
