Our Vote. Our Voice. Our Power. A Community Event in Celebration of Voting Rights.
Saturday, October 17 | 1:00-3:00 PM | Fountain Park, Chestertown, MD
Join us for an afternoon of music, food, and neighbors coming together to celebrate one of our most important rights: the right to vote.
This free community event is all about making sure every eligible voter in our community knows their options for casting a ballot and has a plan to use them. Whether you prefer to vote early, by mail, or on Election Day, you’ll leave with the information you need to make your voice heard.
Enjoy live music, grab a bite from local food trucks, and visit tables hosted by community groups.
This is not a protest. It’s a celebration of our community and our democracy. Bring your friends, your family, and your questions. Everyone is welcome.
Early voting in Kent County runs October 22-29, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM each day. Stop by to make your plan, and bring a neighbor along when you go!
Make a plan. Bring a neighbor. Make your voice heard.
*No Kings: Vote Early events are nonpartisan and are designed to increase participation from all eligible voters.*
*A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.*
