Join us in beautiful Newbury VT, on the Common, for the Vote Early Rally, October 17, 2026, 10:30 am – noon.
This gathering is not a protest! October 17th is a day of nonpartisan voter engagement. We are bringing our community together to promote voting, encourage early voting, and to ensure that every eligible voter understands their options for how to vote. We want everyone’s voice to be heard.
Newbury Town Clerk Chuck Schultz will be on hand to register new voters. Those turning 18 on or before Nov. 3 can register on the spot! We’ll have hot cider and donuts at the tent so just stop by or join friends at the honk-and-wave on Rt. 5 beside the Common.
Leave your protest signs at home, bring ‘VOTE EARLY’ signs instead. Let’s come together joyfully, to celebrate our rights as Americans, especially the right to choose our leadership – by voting!
Sponsored by Corinth/Topsham Indivisible. Please respect the day’s sole focus: voting.
**We decide who represents us. We decide what comes next.**
*No Kings: Vote Early events are nonpartisan and are designed to increase participation from all eligible voters.*
*A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.*
